What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as 'Final Sale' cannot be returned or exchanged.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. International shipping times vary by destination, generally ranging from 7-14 business days.

How do I care for my Simon Miller denim and knits?

To maintain the longevity of your garments, we recommend machine washing cold with like colors and laying flat to dry. For our premium knits, dry cleaning is highly recommended.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and import duties are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our distribution center for processing. Therefore, we are unable to modify or cancel orders. You may return the items once they are received.
